The rebuilt site contains original editorial work, preserved project assets and links to third-party sources. Possession of a historical file does not by itself prove ownership; provenance is reviewed before reuse.

Reporting a concern

Email server@vr4hearingloss.net with your name and contact information, the exact site URL, identification of the work, the basis for your rights and the requested action. Include enough information for a good-faith review but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.

Review

We may temporarily restrict disputed material while reviewing provenance, permissions, fair-use context or replacement options. We may ask for clarification and will correct attribution, replace, license or remove material when appropriate. This page does not claim a formal DMCA agent or jurisdiction that has not been confirmed.

Permitted reuse

Linking is welcome. Brief quotation with attribution may be permitted by law. Republishing complete pages, media collections or the site design requires appropriate permission unless a specific item carries a different license.

What to include in a rights claim

Identify the original work, the rights holder, the allegedly affected URL and where the protected material appears. Explain whether the concern is copying, attribution, license compliance or another issue. A link to an authorized original or registration record is helpful. If you act for another person or organization, state the basis of that authority.

Good-faith review

We review the source file, historical context, license, amount used, transformation, attribution and public-interest context. A claim does not automatically establish infringement, and a file’s presence in an archive does not establish permission. We may restrict the item during review, preserve evidence and replace the item with an original or licensed alternative.

Counter-information and mistakes

If material was removed because of incomplete information, the contributor may provide provenance, permission or other context. We correct mistaken attribution and document the outcome internally. We do not publish personal contact details supplied in a complaint unless required and appropriate.

Links and government material

Links do not copy the linked work. Some United States federal government material may be public domain, while logos, contractor works, photographs or third-party material on a government site may have different rights. Each asset is evaluated individually.
